Laurence is a seasoned finance and banking leader with over 35 years of experience, including more than two decades at Ecobank, where she played a pivotal role in driving the bank’s growth and leading 13 major acquisitions across Africa.

She is currently a Non-Executive Director at FAGACE and Chairwoman of its Guarantee Committee, bringing deep expertise in development finance, private sector growth, and governance. Notably, Laurence led the creation of Ghana’s largest bank through the landmark takeovers of Oceanic Bank and Trust Bank Ghana.
